Calfskin features a smooth, buttery surface that lends it to beautiful whites, creams, and marbled or spotted natural tones. The botanical preparation (single side) creates a smooth, glossy surface that is perfect for gouache and watercolor paints, as well as other types of "water media". Pre-cut sizes can have the typical color range for calf, including white, cream, natural, and spotted.
