General policies when ordering Pergamena Parchment or Leathers
>> Expect Quality: Everything we produce is made by hand. Thus, we have pride in our materials and take every precaution to make sure our customers know exactly what to expect with their orders.
>>Keep in mind that leather is a natural product and character is normal
>>As a natural material, the colors of our leathers and parchments will vary from batch to batch and year to year as dyes and production processes fluctuate.
>> Custom orders take some time to create the material before we can ship. Talk to your Pergamena specialist for an estimate of availability and shipping time.
>>Rushed orders mean the product will be shipped in 2-3 days depending on availability.
>>Rushed shipping requires extra shipping charges and you must contact your Pergamena specialist when placing that order.
>>We typically ship two days per week.
