Feel: Natural-grained leather. Starts stiffer, softens over time with handling and use.

Characteristics: medium pebbly grain and matte surface. These skins will have some character, ie. healed scars or heavier grain. If you need our highest quality leather with no scars and a smoother grain or have specific needs, please contact us here for availability and pricing.

Suited for: Burnishes and tools amazingly!

3 & 4oz - thicker and heavier, useful for leather made accessories, bags, etc.

Finish: There is no chemical coating or plastic finishing used. Our leathers are tanned using a chestnut vegetable tannage.

Specs: Our Hudson Line is split to a binding weight of 3oz/1.2 mm. and 4oz/1.6mm
